Comparison on Milling Force Model Prediction of New Cold Saw Blade Milling Cutter Based on Deep Neural Network and Regression Analysis

A four factors and three levels orthogonal milling force (MF) test is designed, which qualitatively obtains the influence of factors, namely workpiece material, diameter, speed feed per tooth, on MF new cold saw blade cutter (NCSBMC), then further verifies reliability data with simulation analysis MF. The multiple linear regression deep neural network (DNN) are used to accurately fit predict magnitude in directions NCSBMC, taking into account material Compared results empirical formula, DNN has higher prediction accuracy. research provide theoretical guidance for optimization parameters actual machining process.
